Here at CFA we are thrilled that Texas Governor Rick Perry won the GOP primary outright Tuesday night, avoiding a runoff with pro-choice Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. We will formally endorse Perry in the general election against former Houston mayor Bill White.
